First, Legion will go the way of WoD and never see the light of day. THEN we will see EVE get hurt by a player base that is sick of watching failure after failure and wondering when they will be hit.

Its almost as if I see them as nothing more than short term scam artists while EVE just stumbled into being a long term scam.
The big question is who they are scamming worse, their investors or their customers.

You act like they have investors. Do you have any evidence supporting your insinuation?
CCP financial statement.
On page 3 you will see the audit is addressed to the board of directors and the stockholders, on page 8 you will see a report of their shares and employee shares.
Even if you assume the owner as holding all of the shares aside from what has been given to the employees that means that they do in fact have investors who have paid in time and taken shares in exchange. But seriously why would they have structured the company to be traded if they were not issuing those shares for capital.
EDIT:
Also if you see page 14 you will find
Quote: Shares issued and outstanding at period-end totaled USD 9,415,452. The nominal value of each share is one Icelandic krona, totaling 124,665 of nominal capital.
to give the easiest answer to your question. How many of those investors do you think are being sucked in under the premise of so many growing projects?

CCP is a privately traded corporation and all that. I just knew that if I wasted your time looking for that information, you would post less on the forums for a while. It worked! For a little bit.
Hmm not sure what a little bit entails but well played you wasted 40 seconds of my life so I googled something. Now if you can waste a few million more seconds you will catch up to what CCP has tricked me into wasting.

Uh, since when have we been given any reason to worry about the future of EVE? EVE is better now than it ever was before, and the team is set to deliver a whole new world of **** to do in the game over the next year or so.
Am not saying there is anything to worry about in EVE to do so would be nothing more than a wild guess since I have only logged into EVE for a total of about 20 minutes and have no reason to keep up with it at all.
What I am saying is that CCP is setting a great pattern for themselves in being indecisive, uncoordinated, and be willing to toss a project aside so ANYTHING under CCPs control will be at risk sooner or later.
